Description: JANSON i-comm is a user-friendly, Web Content Management System (WCMS) that enables communications managers and marketing departments to update and manage their Web sites from anywhere, at anytime.
JANSON i-comm offers a number of features, including the ability to:
- Edit content with word-processing simplicity. Content editors don't need to have operating knowledge of HTML or Web programming languages. They can edit their Web site using a Web browser in much the same way they would a Word document.
- Manage content from anywhere. Site managers only need a computer with Internet access and a Web browser to manage their site's content, modify navigation, manage users, and even upload documents and images, without FTP—no matter where they are.
- Content Workflow. Create groups of people in your organization that can edit content, while only allowing select individuals to publish the changes and make them "live."
- Manage Multiple Sites. Usei-comm to manage multiple Web sites with one interface. The site URL, navigation, content, look and feel, even the editors and producers for each site can be completely different.
- Content Versioning. Every time a piece of content is published, the previous version is saved. If, for some reason, you need to go back to a previously published version, you can retrieve it with just a couple clicks.
- Surf-to-Edit. While logged in as a content editor, you can browse the Web site to find the content you want to edit. Once found, simply click the edit button to be taken to that content's editing screen.
- Tag content. Site managers can create topics of interest and then tag their site's content, allowing for highly-dynamic content delivery.
- Secure content. Content can be restricted to one or more user groups, requiring a visitor to login and be authenticated before viewing is permitted.
- Offer user registration and personalized content delivery. Visitors can create a profile, select their interests and then view personalized content based on their selections. Site Managers can view user selections to better understand their audience.
- And more...
