I'm exhausted and really in need of any help	Can't Post

Sorry if this question is repetitious, but I'm exhausted and haven't found anything yet.
My problem is that I’m in need to change the proprieties of the tooltip of my Wysiwyg editor
For example:
Make it bigger in a deferent color
I don’t even know if I should make changes in the htmlarea.js file or in htmlarea.css
Please I need any help
