HTMLArea - just a (jsguru) question Can't Post

heyho :)
well we use htmlarea in our cms. now i've written a plugin which allows me to make a selection and create a snipplet of this selection.

it would be very cool, if i could select a table trough the path at the bottom of htmlarea. but this function only selects the contents of the tag which is not very usable for me.
is there a possibility to select the whole table when i click on the table tag in the path? (contents + surrounding nodes)

thanks a lot for replies !

Hi,

I have modfied the code of the status bar to select the complete node in Mozilla/Firefox. I was unable to achieve the equivalent in IE. I have come to the conclusion that it is impossible to create such selection in IE.
