Convert Existing Site to CMS Can't Post

Our organization has a large site with many publishers. We currently use Dreamweaver to publish but we are looking to see if there is a CMS tool that will work better for us.

We need the following features in a CMS tool:
- ensure the URLs for the pages on our site don't change
- the ability to post "draft" revisions without them becoming live
- ability to have multiple users (preferably with the ability to authenticate against our LDAP server, but not necessary)

Does anyone know of some good CMS tools that we can explore? Most of the ones I've seen change the URLs for your pages (e.g. by requiring them to have .php extensions) so these won't work.

Rob
