Problems combining HTMLArea with a simple Php text file editor script Can't Post

I thought it would be a handy tool to combine the javascript html editor HTMLarea with a simple php txt file editor.

I've added the required htmlarea javascript to the php script, and it loads perfectly; but for some reason the php file doesnt take the changes I make.

Try it out: http://www.gypsyinteractive.com/edit_fil...

I thought this would be a valuable tool for web developers, and a good resource to use on my upcoming website that allows actors and performers to create their own profiles.

I'm sure I've probably just overlooked something in the code, and I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with php script; so perhaps you could take a look at what I've done?

the file permissions are actually set to 0777 as required by the PHP file and it still doesn't work properly.

I also get an error that says:

"Notice: Undefined index: / in c:\domains\gypsyinteractive.co... on line 13

Notice: Undefined index: / in c:\domains\gypsyinteractive.co... on line 14

Notice: Undefined index: / in c:\domains\gypsyinteractive.co... on line 14"

c:\domains\gypsyinteractive.co... is the path on my server (it is a windows server)

Here is the PHP CODE in the php file: http://www.gypsyinteractive.com/phpcode.txt

Any ideas?
