Inserting images into email messages Can't Post

Hello
I am using Horde.
I want to send images which display when the email opens. However when I create a html email with an image inserted it appears as a broken link or code.

If I use the built in html image insertion that comes with Horde the recipiant of the email only sees the broken link symbol. I've inserted the correct url address for the image and it previews correctly.

If I insert the following code into the html area the recipant sees only the code and no image.

<html>
<body>
<p>
Fine drawings.
</p>
<img src="http://www.tjbyrne.com/drawings/laurance2.jpg"
=A0=A0=A0 width="340"
=A0=A0=A0 height="448"
=A0=A0=A0 border="0"
=A0=A0=A0 alt="my picture">
<br>
Drawing of girl.
<p>
Pencil and charcoal.
</p>
</body>
</html>

-------------
What they actually see is the same code that I posted above but with 3D appearing in places. I didn't insert the 3D into the code. That seems to have happened automatically.
