looking for a code-limited wysiwyg-editor

I'm on the lookout for a wysiwyg-editor that only allows certain HTML tags like B, I, U, A, IMG, TABLE, BR P (along with positioning) and UL/LI. There's no need for an image-upload interface, as I'm going to implement my own.
I've searched for this for a while.. and the closest I can get is the editors used on message boards like Invision Power Board and vBulletin (when posting a message).
It's very important that it does not accept any other code than those above (like when you copy a HTML/Word page and paste i into the editor, you get a bunch of codes like <span> <div> etc etc..)
