HTMLarea not work in FF between <body> & </body>. Can't Post

Hi,
like in this post:

http://www.htmlarea.com/forum/WYSIWYG_Forums_C5/WYSIWYG_Editor_Discussion_F28/gforum.cgi?post=37978;search_string=replaceall;t=search_engine#37978

i have the same problem... an index file with tag <head> and <body>, and a set of Template files containing the data that will be integrate between <body> & </body>.
when i insert the 3 javascripts in the index file (with the third in the body tag) all work good in IE and FF. The problem is that with replaceall() all textareas of my websites become HTMLAREAs each some fields like comments areas where i don't want HTML...
So, i tried to move the three javascript only on the template file page that i like in this way the javascrip is placed between <body> & </body> and only the text areas that are in that page are modified.

this seem to be te perfect solution for my problem, but.... work only in IE !
when i try to load pages with FF the textares remain textareas, no HTMLarea is loaded.

I have the 3rc1 version

How can i fix?

TIA

Cris
