Help with Hyperlinks! Can't Post

Hi.

I am going crazy trying to figure this out.

I have anchors that i need to link to and i don't want it to add the page details. Meaning I want the anchor links to look just like this: <a href="#top">Top</a>.

The way I found it to work I needed to make the links go to this command:

if (cmdID.toLowerCase() == 'createlink'){
editdoc.execCommand(cmdID,1);

The only problem is now I don't have a target option for other hyperlinks.
