Image upload to session specific path - problem

The htmlArea 2 & 3 editors have been discontinued.

We've made these forums available as a read-only reference and knowledge-base for people using or developing editors based on htmlArea 2 or 3.

Anyone who is interested in taking over version 2 or 3 is free to do so. All we ask is that you choose a new name that doesn't have "htmlarea" in it to avoid confusion with this site. We'll even give you a link in the directory to make it easier for people to find you. If you are developing or hosting an htmlArea based-editor under a new name, please submit it to our directory.

Image upload to session specific path - problem Can't Post

I havea variation of this html area that suppose to have complete image manager with feature that let me upload images from my PC to server before use them.

I managed to insert this editor in my aplication.

I have a big problem: My articles need images that should be uploaded in particular subdirectories.

I have a SESSION variable set that tells where the images that should be displayed in image manager reside and there the new images should be uploaded. Now, when I open the image manager, the images on server are listed ok.

The problem is when I open upload new window. I cant recreate the session from that window, so the uploads are not execute to right directory.

Why the session is loosed between this windows?

I use session_start() in the php scripts, so the problems is elsewhere

Can anyone help me out?
