spellcheck problem on mozilla

The htmlArea 2 & 3 editors have been discontinued.

We've made these forums available as a read-only reference and knowledge-base for people using or developing editors based on htmlArea 2 or 3.

Anyone who is interested in taking over version 2 or 3 is free to do so. All we ask is that you choose a new name that doesn't have "htmlarea" in it to avoid confusion with this site. We'll even give you a link in the directory to make it easier for people to find you. If you are developing or hosting an htmlArea based-editor under a new name, please submit it to our directory.

spellcheck problem on mozilla Can't Post

I have problem on running spellcheck on mozilla. The setup is running the htmlarea on a webserver with port 80 and spellchecker on the same webserver with port 82. (since the port 80 webserver does not support cgi) The setup does not have any problem under IE. However, it has problem running under mozilla and netscape. It seems to be a problem of "same origin" security problem.

It has the following error message showed in the javascript console:
Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to get property Window.finishedSpellChecking

After I modified the prefs.js of mozilla, and added the following lines.
user_pref("capability.policy.policynames", "trustable");
user_pref("capability.policy.trustable.sites", "");
user_pref("", "sameOrigin");
user_pref("capability.policy.trustable.Window.finishedSpellChecking", "allAccess");
user_pref("capability.policy.trustable.Window.suggested_words", "allAccess");

I got another error.
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Failure" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: :: finishedSpellChecking :: line 328" data: no]

Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance
