imageManager problems

The htmlArea 2 & 3 editors have been discontinued.

We've made these forums available as a read-only reference and knowledge-base for people using or developing editors based on htmlArea 2 or 3.

Anyone who is interested in taking over version 2 or 3 is free to do so. All we ask is that you choose a new name that doesn't have "htmlarea" in it to avoid confusion with this site. We'll even give you a link in the directory to make it easier for people to find you. If you are developing or hosting an htmlArea based-editor under a new name, please submit it to our directory.

imageManager problems Can't Post

Hi!

I have some serious problems getting IM to work with htmlarea rc1. I try to load but it doesnīt work . My textarea is named "ta" and my body onload event looks like this:

onload="htmlLoad();"

this js file is called when the page is loaded:

<script type="text/javascript">
_editor_url = "htmlarea/";
_editor_lang = "en";
</script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="htmlarea/htmlarea.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
var editor = null;
function initEditor() {
HTMLArea.loadplugin("ImageManager");
editor = new HTMLArea("ta");

var cfg = editor.config;

cfg.width = '492px';
cfg.height = '300px';
cfg.sizeIncludesToolbar = false;

cfg.toolbar = [
[ "bold", "italic", "underline", "separator",
"strikethrough", "subscript", "superscript", "separator",
"copy", "cut", "paste", "separator", "justifyleft", "justifycenter", "justifyright", "justifyfull",

"separator","insertorderedlist", "insertunorderedlist", "outdent", "indent", "separator",
"inserthorizontalrule", "createlink", "htmlmode","linebreak","insertimage"]
];

editor.generate();
}
</script>

<script language="JavaScript">
function htmlLoad()
{
initEditor();
}
</script>

the config.inc.php looks like this i am a little bit unsure about the paths, maybe itīs there the problems lies:

$IMConfig['base_dir'] = '/home/ross/public_html/pics/';

$IMConfig['base_url'] = 'http://www.ross.com/pics/';

$IMConfig['safe_mode'] = false;

define('IMAGE_CLASS', 'GD');

define('IMAGE_TRANSFORM_LIB_PATH', 'C:/"Program Files"/ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q16/');

Can anyone see any problems?

Thanx In Advance

Frankie
