insert image in Mozilla

The htmlArea 2 & 3 editors have been discontinued.

We've made these forums available as a read-only reference and knowledge-base for people using or developing editors based on htmlArea 2 or 3.

Anyone who is interested in taking over version 2 or 3 is free to do so. All we ask is that you choose a new name that doesn't have "htmlarea" in it to avoid confusion with this site. We'll even give you a link in the directory to make it easier for people to find you. If you are developing or hosting an htmlArea based-editor under a new name, please submit it to our directory.

insert image in Mozilla Can't Post

when i view any of the htmlarea pages in the examples folder using Mozilla 1.7.2 and try to insert an image, I get the Insert Image dialog, but cannot get the cursor to appear in the Image URL field.. I have to click the Preview button which throws the error message "You have to enter an URL first". When i close the error message, i can finally get the cursor in the Image Url field.

has anyone experienced this? Is there a workaround?

I too have this problem when using mozilla firefox.

i guess an added forced focus command is needed for it to work ?

strange.
