Display problem - border and separators

The htmlArea 2 & 3 editors have been discontinued.

We've made these forums available as a read-only reference and knowledge-base for people using or developing editors based on htmlArea 2 or 3.

Anyone who is interested in taking over version 2 or 3 is free to do so. All we ask is that you choose a new name that doesn't have "htmlarea" in it to avoid confusion with this site. We'll even give you a link in the directory to make it easier for people to find you. If you are developing or hosting an htmlArea based-editor under a new name, please submit it to our directory.

Display problem - border and separators Can't Post

I am trying to get HTMLArea 3 running (have been using version 2 for some time), and have got everything going except two things:

1) The separators in my toolbar never display where they should - they are displaying below the toolbar (actually inside the textarea), and

2) I can't get a border to display around the actual textarea. When I use version 2, the toolbar displays across the top of the textarea, at the same width and a border is displayed around the textarea. With version 3, I am getting a toolbar that is wider than the actual textarea and no border.

I anybody can give me any advice on either problem, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.
